§ 1 Allgemeines - Geltungsbereich
(1) Wir, die SwinGolf-Deutschland GmbH, erbringen unsere Lieferungen, Leistungen und Angebote ausschließlich aufgrund dieser Geschäftsbedingungen. Diese gelten somit auch für alle künftigen Geschäftsbeziehungen, auch wenn sie nicht ausdrücklich vereinbart werden. Gegenbestätigungen des Kunden unter Hinweis auf seine allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen wird hiermit widersprochen.
(2) Alle Vereinbarungen, die zwischen uns und dem Kunden zwecks Ausführung des Vertrages getroffen werden, sind in dem entsprechenden Vertrag schriftlich niederzulegen.
(3) Diese allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten nur gegenüber Unternehmern im Sinn von § 310 Abs. 1 BGB.
